Joe has been connected to Pensacola and Pensacola Beach since 1970 when he reported to the Naval Air Station to begin his flight training with the US Navy.  After completing his flight training he embarked on a career that would span 26 years of active duty and Reserve flying as a Navy fighter pilot. He served as the Commanding Officer of Fighter Squadron 202 at the Dallas Naval Air Station flying the F-14 “Tomcat.”

Concurrent with his Naval career Joe was employed by Delta Air Lines where he flew as a Captain on the MD-88, B-757, and B-767 aircraft. In addition he served as a Line Check Airman for the Company and was an integral part of the ALPA Professional Standards Committee. He continues his aviation career as a Captain on the BE-400 Beechjet aircraft for Airmed International flying medical and organ transplant missions both domestically and internationally.

Subsequent to his Airline retirement in 2004 he obtained his Florida Real Estate License and has been an active agent for the last 13 years. He resides with his wife on Pensacola Beach and is keenly aware of the local market conditions.  He is a current Board member and past President of the Seashore Village Homeowners Association and a past President of the Santa Rosa Dunes Condominium Association. He also serves on the Advisory Board of the Pensacola Symphony and is a member of the Navy League.  He enthusiastically serves the real estate needs of Pensacola and surrounding areas, but concentrates on Pensacola Beach and the East Hill historic district.
